MEET IZZY GAROSI
Summer 2026 Intern
Hi!
My name is Izzy Garosi, and I am a rising junior at Clemson University majoring in Graphic Communications with a minor in Brand Communications. I’m originally from Greenville, South Carolina, so I’m especially excited to spend the summer back home working with a creative and growing local business like Katie Bolt Art.
I have always been interested in the intersection of design, branding, and communication, which is what led me to pursue my studies at Clemson. Through my coursework and experiences, I’ve developed a passion for advertising, creative strategy, and helping brands tell their story in a meaningful and visually engaging way. After graduation, I hope to work in the agency world and eventually become a creative director for an advertising agency.
This summer at Katie Bolt Art, I am helping improve the website experience while also supporting Katie with exciting projects like the new Southern Tide collaboration and exploring future opportunities for the brand. I’m excited to contribute new ideas, learn more about the creative industry, and gain hands-on experience working with a business that values creativity and community. Being able to work with a local brand that has such a unique identity has already been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I’m looking forward to everything this summer will bring!

MEET MADISON KENNEDY
Fall 2025 Intern
Hey! Hey!
I’m Madison Kennedy, a junior at Clemson University majoring in Graphic Communications. This Fall (2025), I’ve had the chance to intern with Katie Bolt Art. It has been such an energizing, creative and inspiring experience. Getting to learn from Katie, a fellow Clemson 1991 GC grad, has been especially meaningful — we instantly connected through our shared love of design, creativity, and problem-solving.
As part of Clemson’s Graphic Communications program, students complete two internships before graduating. I feel incredibly lucky that this opportunity has checked off one of those milestones. Katie has fulfilled a personal long term goal of supporting the GC internship program by mentoring and employing students and I’m so grateful to be one of them.
A highlight of my time in the studio has been designing, building and debuting Katie’s new website — two fun, creative and expressive minds, collaborating, and turning our ideas into a clean, intentional, and user-friendly digital space. Watching the site evolve and reflect her brand has been so rewarding and has only fueled my passion for digital design.
